Individual Therapy
Life is a Lot. You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone.
Some days, it feels like you’re barely holding it all together—managing anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, or just the exhaustion of trying to function in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. Maybe you’re struggling with self-doubt, navigating a major transition, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. Whatever’s bringing you here, I see you.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about giving you a space to explore what’s really going on, make sense of your experiences, and develop the tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
How I Work
There’s no universal formula for therapy—your journey is uniquely yours. therapy. I tailor each session to your specific needs, blending evidence-based approaches with real, interactive engagement. My work is informed by:
Attachment Theory – How your early relationships shape your emotional world and how to shift unhelpful patterns.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Practical strategies for managing overwhelming emotions, breaking unhelpful cycles, and creating new ways of thinking.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Exploring the different “parts” of yourself and helping them work together rather than against each other.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Guiding you to access your own motivation for change and helping you move past stuck points.
Somatic & Experiential Work – Therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about experiencing. Whether through movement, visualization, breathwork, or interactive exercises, we’ll engage both your mind and body in the healing process.
Restorative Practices – Exploring accountability, repair, and connection in your relationships with yourself and others.
Even if we’re working together online, therapy is a highly interactive process. Expect more than just sitting and talking—I’ll invite you to engage in exercises that help shift your experience in real-time.
Session Length & What Works for You
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and neither is the length of our sessions. You can choose from:
30-Minute Sessions – Short, focused check-ins for when you need quick support, accountability, or a structured space to process something specific.
60-Minute Sessions – The standard session length, ideal for deeper exploration, skill-building, and meaningful progress.
90-Minute Sessions – A great option for those who want more time to dive into complex issues, process big emotions, or engage in experiential work without feeling rushed.
We’ll work together to determine the best session length based on your goals, availability, and needs.
What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to go into it blind. Here’s what working together typically looks like:
First Session: Getting to Know You – We’ll review Informed Consent, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been working (or not working) for you, and what you want to get out of our time together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—I’ll help guide the process.
Ongoing Sessions: A Collaborative Process – We’ll set goals, explore patterns, develop strategies, and make space for both reflection and action. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about shifting, experimenting, and creating real change.
A Flexible, Supportive Approach – Whether you need short-term support, deeper long-term work, or something in between, we’ll adapt as we go. My job is to help you build a life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling.
If you're ready to take the next step—or if you’re not sure but want to see if therapy is the right fit—I’m here when you’re ready. Let’s figure it out together.
