  • Nikki Lewis, LPC

Hello! My name is Nikki Lewis (she/her/hers) and I am a cis-female east-coast transplant who loves my family, animals, and listening to 90s R & B. I have been a professional counselor for 5 years and during that time,  I have had rewarding experiences working with couples, helping them to strengthen their connections and heal wounds. I am especially passionate about helping interracial couples navigate some of the challenges that can arise in relationships between people of different races or racialized ethnicities. I also enjoy working with individuals who are grappling with everyday stress, traumatic experiences including race-based trauma, anxiety, depression, or general world-weariness.

I practice a person-centered, culturally responsive approach to treatment. I have completed training in Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which utilizes assessment and research-based interventions to help couples strengthen their relationships. I also draw from the influences of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am LGBTQIA+ allied and affirming, and I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming environment for all. I am here to help and I look forward to getting to know you!
