Madeline Patterson-O’Dell, RD
Hello, my name is Madeline Patterson-O’Dell (she/her/hers). I’m a Licensed Clinical Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, Minor in Biology, and completed my dietetics internship: Didactic Program in Dietetics from accredited Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, May 2002.
I emerged single in 2022, after 35 years as a pair; I’m focused on learning more about myself and exploring the gifts in each moment of human encounter. . . seeing and being my best in word, action, and thought, creating and sharing paths to health and happiness. It’s not about perfection, it’s about autonomy, self-compassion, and learning to spotlight the action we CAN do, to move where we want to go for our best flavor of life.
