Cindy Dallow, PhD, RD

Hello! My name is Cindy Dallow (she/her/hers) and I am a cis-gender Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I’ve been working in the field of nutrition and fitness for 30+ years and enjoy helping people learn to nourish their body and soul with good food and positive eating experiences. I love working with people in LGBTQ+ community and have several family members in this community as well.
Having seen the physical and psychological damage that diet culture created for many people in the early years of my career, I realized that there had to be a better way to improve the health and wellbeing of the clients that I worked with. I left my job as a clinical dietitian to pursue a doctorate in nutrition at Colorado State University and quickly became involved with the “health at every size” and intuitive eating movement. This experience increased my awareness of fat-phobia in western medicine and solidified my passion for a weight-neutral approach to health and wellness.
I live with my husband and two dogs in Colorado and enjoy hiking, biking, training for triathlons, and spending time with my adult “kids” and one grandchild. I make a mean breakfast burrito and can parallel park like a boss. I look forward to helping you with any eating or nutrition-related issues!
