Couple’s Counseling Services – 60 minutes

My couple’s counseling approach marries Emotionally Focused Therapy (which focuses on attachment and bonding) with somatic experiencing to create a space in which each partner learns to focus on and regulate themselves as well as to attune to the needs of the other. We often practice nonviolent communication, role play, and healthy boundary setting.

I also enjoy working with couples that are non-monogamous or who are part of the kink community.
